Envirobikes warrenty on all products sold are in good working order. Our warrenty is for thirty days from the date of purchase. When ordering REPLACEMENT PARTS, please make sure that you are ordering the correct part for the model bicycle that you own. We do not accept returns on the following items Lights, Light bulbs, Decals If you order the incorrect part, please contact Envirobikes before returning. Any parts returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.
