Shipping:
We offer Shipping in the continental
United States. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipments
rates outside of the 48 lower states, please Email your shipping address to
: Shipping@Envirobikes.com We will contact your local LTL provider
or freight forwarding company to provide you with the best possible rate.
Return Freight Policies:
We have a 30-day warranty on all of our products. In the event that your bike covered under
the warranty requires service, you will need from us a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) You will be responsible for the freight charge to ship the bike back to
Envirobikes. If the bike returned is
deemed under the warranty to be defective we will refund the cost for the
return shipment. Should you return
you Envirobike for any reason other than warranty service work, all freight
charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After receiving a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) We are not liable for shipping charges on
any returns that are found to be Non defective or, out of warranty.
Warranties repairs:
Most likely, if there is a problem
with your bike you can find help
quickly on our FAQ page the solutions to the most common problems. This
method will save you time and get you back on the road very quickly. If the
FAQ page does not solve the problem, the fastest way to get the problem
corrected is by E mail. Please add as much detail to the description of the
problem as this will help a technician get a good understanding of the
problem. If we are unable to correct the problem please call for an RA (
return authorization) number, then send all returns to:

Shipping Policies:
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase for shipping. If an item
you order is on backorder, we will wait until that item is in stock before
we ship your order unless otherwise specified.
